Gorsey Place Industrial Units – Skelmersdale

Krol Corlett appointed us to complete the painting and decorating works on four large industrial units in Skelmersdale. The brief required robust finishes suitable for heavy use and a polished industrial aesthetic.

Using a specification from Johnstone’s Paints, we applied EP001 Epoxy DPM primer followed by EP301 floor paint from their industrial range. This system provided a seamless, hard-wearing surface capable of withstanding the demands of industrial activity. Our team delivered the project efficiently, transforming the previously rough, uneven floors into durable, attractive workspaces while adhering strictly to both timeline and budget.

A prestigious Grade II listed building in the heart of Liverpool, Princess Park Mansions required a sympathetic external restoration that preserved the building’s historic charm while refreshing its overall appearance.

Working again with Krol Corlett Construction, we carried out full external redecoration using Keim paints, known for their durability and compatibility with traditional materials. The project involved careful planning, sensitive restoration techniques, and a deep understanding of working within listed property regulations. The result was a beautifully restored façade that brought the character of this iconic building back to life – completed to an exceptional standard and within project constraints.

Princess Park Mansions – Liverpool

Our team worked with precision and speed, understanding the high turnover nature of student accommodation and the importance of a clean, welcoming environment. The work was completed to a high standard, ensuring the interiors matched the iconic quality of the building’s surroundings. Once again, our ability to coordinate with other trades and maintain pace under tight deadlines contributed to the success of the project.
